DELAYED DORMANT OIL
FEBRUARY - MARCH
Horticultural oil is applied to the trees and shrubs. This treatment controls the pests by coating them with oil and suffocating them. This treatment is targeted at overwintering and hard to control pests and their eggs, including spider mites and scale insects.
Our insect and disease treatment includes applications of carefully selected insecticides and fungicides. The treatment is targeted at foliar pests including spider mites, caterpillars and aphids. Minor foliar diseases such as leaf spot and anthracnose are also addressed.
APRIL - MAY
The insect and disease control applications continue as temperatures rise and more pests become active. We’ll be inspecting for new infestations of bagworms and other pests. Powdery mildew and leaf spot diseases will also be addressed.
MAY - JUNE
JUNE - JULY
Insect and disease controls are applied to the trees and shrubs. Summer is the most active time of year for many insects. Treatments are targeted at swarming Japanese beetles and other damaging pests. We also inspect and treat for spider mites, scale insects, caterpillars and more.

AUGUST - SEPTEMBER
Insect treatments are intensified to control the larger and more active pests of late summer. This application interrupts the mating and egg-laying cycles of Japanese beetles, bagworms, borers and other pests. Minor foliar diseases continue to be addressed.
DEEP ROOT FALL FERTILIZATION
OCTOBER - DECEMBER
Go Green’s deep root fertilization includes direct soil injections of both slow and quick-release fertilizers. The formulations include micronutrients like iron, manganese and copper. Humates, wetting agents and other soil conditioners are also part of the fertilizer blend. The injections of this product help to aerify and loosen soils to improve conditions for optimal root growth.
